Fed up with using native2ascii.exe? Need to write some property files for different languages and find the character encodings are messing everything up? Then use this Encoder. It works the same ways as native2ascii.exe but all you have to do is paste in the strings in UTF-8 and the tool will encode them ready to be pasted in as resources in your Java program or properties files.
